Within the Department of Archaeology at Pamukkale University, a total of nine excavations are conducted by our faculty members, many of which are carried out within the scope of the “Geleceğe Miras Projesi / Heritage for the Future Project.”

Thanks to the excavations currently directed by our department, students who choose our program have the opportunity to apply their theoretical knowledge in practical fieldwork settings.
