In order to encourage, support, and make more visible the competencies that our students gain from archaeological excavations and research, the courses “Internship 1,” “Internship 2,” “Internship 3,” and “Internship 4” have been offered every spring semester (2nd semester) since the 2009–2010 academic year, providing students with internship opportunities and practical professional training.
As of the 2024–2025 academic year, these courses have been reorganized under the title “Professional Internship” within the scope of the Pamukkale University Internship Regulation. Through these courses, students develop professional ethical awareness in their field and, upon graduation, are able to apply for positions in various institutions with a minimum level of theoretical, practical, and professional ethical experience in field applications.
