ERASMUS+ KA107 FOR STUDY GUIDELINE

Before any mobility activity can take place, Programme Countries must sign an inter-institutional agreement with the Partner institution involved in the project. For further information and see our partner universities, country quotas, and their fact sheets, please check our website or get in touch with the responsible person at our office.

1. Application Criteria:

Students should be registered at PAU and a full-time student (Bachelor, Master’s, PhD).

A minimum GPA for the undergraduates (BA) should be 2.20/4.00.

A minimum GPA for the graduates (MA or PhD) should be 2.50/4.00.

Students should supply the required European Credit Transfer System (ECTS) (60 ECTS for a single academic year, 30 for each semester).

Students should fulfil the language requirement: minimum of 60 out of 100 for the Erasmus language examination held by HEI, or equivalent to 60 for the exams YDS, YÖKDİL, TOEFL, IELTS.

Note: Application deadline and necessary documents (Application Form, Learning Agreement etc.) for KA107 will be announced on International Relations Office website. For further information, please check our website and/or get in touch with the responsible office staff. Mobility period of KA107 project is a maximum of 150 days or a single semester.

After being selected as an outgoing student for Erasmus+ KA107 International Credit Mobility (ICM), please, prepare/fill the documents and follow the steps written below:

Eligible participants should attend orientation sessions presented by the International Relations Office (IRO). Those sessions play an important role for the students since they will be informed of their responsibility during the procedure and will find a chance to ask their questions to the IRO advisor (staff) of PAU.
