Erasmus+ KA107 Staff Mobility for Teaching Assignments (STA) is a field of activity that allows the staff of education institutions of a Turkish HEI holding an ECHE to teach and carry joint academic and educational activities at a partner HEI. Unlike Erasmus+ KA103, the receiving organisation is a Partner Country and they are not awarded with an ECHE.

Erasmus+ KA107 ICM for Teaching allows staffs of a HEI to acquire new competencies for their professional development, improve their language skills and learn about new working methods.

The selection of staff members will be made by the sending institution on the basis of a draft mobility programme submitted by the staff member after consultation with the receiving institution. Prior to departure, the final mobility programme shall be formally agreed upon by both the sending and receiving institution (by the exchange of letters or electronic messages). In the case of invited staff from enterprises and staff training at Programme Country enterprises, the enterprise must also sign this agreement.

Minimum Requirements for the Application to the Teaching Mobility for Staff

1- Universities must have an inter-institutional agreement and the sending institution should hold an ECHE.

2- Applicants must be an academic or administrative staff of PAU (i.e. staffs who work as Instructor, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor and Professor).

3- There should be a teaching programme, accepted and signed by both sending and receiving HEI. The teaching programme must have the purpose/target, the content and the expected results.

NOTE: For staff teaching mobility, a minimum of 8 teaching hours per week (or any shorter period of stay) has to be respected.
