Ottoman Fountain
The structure called the Ottoman Fountain is located in the area between the Main City Gate and the Lower Masjid in the Lower City of Sillyon. It is located approximately 35 m south of the Main City Gate and approximately 40 m north of Lower Masjid. It stands on an area sloping in the east-west direction. The rear, i.e. eastern part of the fountain leans on the slope. The western side of the fountain faces a partially flat area. To the north and south of the Fountain, a mortar-free perimeter wall was erected with large, neatly cut stones. The Fountain, built entirely of large and small cut stones, has a round arch that sits on capitals flaring upward on top of the side piers. The fountain, which lacks a water tank, is directly connected to the waterway. In the arched niche, at the bottom is a stone groove, slightly protruding, where the spring water flows out. There is a small rectangular stone niche for placing cups just above this groove.

Ottoman Fountain
Right in front of the fountain is a trough carved from a single piece of stone placed in east-west direction. There is no decorative element attested on the single-arched and one-faced fountain. The Fountain is largely intact and it still functions. The structure, lacking a construction inscription, is similar to the Ottoman Masjid with regards to material and technique. At the same time, it can be stated that the architectural form resembles the single-arched neighbourhood fountains built in the Ottoman period. For this reason, it is possible that it was first built in the same period as the Ottoman Masjid, that is, after the fifteenth century.
