At the award ceremony organized by the Dean's Office of our faculty to reward the achievements, services, and contributions of the academic and administrative staff as well as the students in their work and activities within the faculty, the awards found their recipients.

The award ceremony, organized by the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, began with opening speeches by Denizli Governor Ömer Faruk Coşkun and Pamukkale University Rector Prof. Dr. Mahmud Güngör.

Dean Beyazıt emphasized: "Our main duty is to encourage the work of our academics and students, wholeheartedly support their entrepreneurial spirit, be by their side in tough times, and share in their successes and joys."

In her speech, Prof. Dr. Yasemin Beyazıt, Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, highlighted the importance of both faculty members and students, stating: "Our universities' core, our pride, are our teaching staff. It is our primary duty to encourage their work, support their entrepreneurial spirit, stand by them in challenging times, and share in their success and joy. The students and alumni are another crucial part of our institution, and we take pride in them at all times. Additionally, we have our external stakeholders, primarily our esteemed Governor, whose support is essential for the success of many of our efforts. Our administrative staff also play a crucial role by facilitating the work we do. Today, we aim to reward all of these valuable stakeholders. Those who work, produce, create projects, and contribute selflessly to the institution deserve multiple awards. I would like to express my gratitude to our Governor, Rector, and all members of the protocol who attended, as well as our faculty members, students, families, and external stakeholders. I wish that next year, other faculty members will be in the place of those who are receiving awards today. I also extend my thanks to all academic personnel and, especially, our administrative staff and the Rectorate for their efforts in making this event possible."

Rector Prof. Dr. Mahmud Güngör, in his speech, stated: "Success is not only an individual achievement but also a societal gain. Today, we are here to celebrate and acknowledge the individuals who have made contributions to the development, progress, and value of our faculty. Your dedication, hard work, and sincere contributions strengthen our faculty and illuminate the way forward. Success arises where effort and love come together. You all represent our faculty's values in the best way with your academic achievements, community services, and solidarity. These awards are not only an expression of appreciation but also a sign of our faith and trust in your future success. Your contributions will continue to inspire our youth and empower our community. I promise that we will continue to support the success of all our faculty members with the full resources of our university. This ceremony is not only a recognition of past achievements but also a call for even greater goals and future successes. I wholeheartedly believe that you will accomplish even greater things in the future. The greatest strength of a person lies in the work they do with love. Continue moving forward with this love, faith, and determination, for you are the greatest hope for both yourselves and our society."
