Updated Date: 15 May 2026

Pamukkale University Çal Vocational School has added another to its academic achievements. The research project prepared by our Digital Agricultural Technologies Program student, Atakan GİZLENCİ, has been accepted within the scope of the TÜBİTAK 2209-A University Students Research Projects Support Program.

The project titled "The Field of the Future: Sustainable Agriculture with Microcontrollers and Artificial Intelligence," carried out under the academic advisorship of Lect. Dr. Ezgi OKAN ARIKAN, one of our vocational school's academic staff, focuses on the effects of modern technology on agricultural productivity and sustainability. With the project, it is aimed to use resources more efficiently by integrating artificial intelligence and microcontroller systems into the agricultural field.

The fact that our students receive such prestigious research support while still in their educational phase has once again proven the applied education vision and scientific productivity of our school.

As Çal Vocational School, we congratulate our student Atakan GİZLENCİ, who has made us proud with his innovative project, and our esteemed professor Lect. Dr. Ezgi OKAN ARIKAN, who guided him, and we wish them success in the implementation process of the project.
