Students approaching graduation in the Food Technology Program at Pamukkale University Çal Vocational School successfully presented their graduation projects, which they prepared by blending the theoretical and practical knowledge they acquired throughout their education.
Innovative Food Products Introduced on a Scientific Basis
Our students, who have gained in-depth knowledge in the field of food science during their education processes, used this background to develop innovative food products in various areas. At the presentation event, the R&D and production processes of these developed products were conveyed to the participants, accompanied by scientific data and analysis. By supporting their practical applications in the field with theoretical knowledge, our students also delivered a comprehensive preliminary presentation of the graduation theses they will prepare on these topics.
An Interactive and Productive Scientific Environment
The event, which took place with the participation of our vocational school's academic staff, virtually turned into a complete science ecosystem through mutual exchange of ideas and evaluations. The questions asked by our professors following the students' presentations, along with the scientific discussions, further increased the academic depth of the projects.
As the management of Çal Vocational School, we wholeheartedly congratulate the future food technologists who develop innovative products based on scientific foundations in line with the dynamics of the sector, and we wish them success in their thesis studies and professional careers.
