Project Culture and Funding Opportunities Discussed at PAU Faculty Midday Seminar Series

As part of the Midday Seminar Series organized by the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Pamukkale University, Prof. Selçuk Burak HAŞILOĞLU of the Department of Management Information Systems delivered a seminar on project development processes and funding programs offered by TÜBİTAK, KOSGEB, and development agencies on Thursday, April 30, 2026.

The Midday Seminar Series at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences continued with a new session on Thursday, April 30, 2026. Prof. Selçuk Burak HAŞILOĞLU of the Department of Management Information Systems delivered a presentation titled "Project Culture and Developing a Project Idea: TÜBİTAK, KOSGEB, and Development Agency Projects" at the Şehit Piyade Teğmen Bekir Can Kerek Conference Hall in Block A of the Faculty building.

The seminar addressed the significance of project culture in academic and professional life. Prof. HAŞILOĞLU guided participants through the full process of developing a project, from generating an initial idea to producing a mature proposal, and provided a thorough overview of funding programs available through TÜBİTAK, KOSGEB, and development agencies.

Participants received practical guidance on key considerations in the project writing process, application evaluation criteria, and insights drawn from successful project examples. Strategies for academics and graduate students to manage project development processes more effectively also featured prominently in the session.

The seminar concluded with a question-and-answer session and a general evaluation.
