Assessment
(1) A student's success in a course is determined by their scores from midterm coursework and the final exam.
(2) Each midterm assessment and the final exam are graded out of a maximum of 100 points.
Grading
The provisions of this article apply to the success evaluations of the students specified below:
a) Students registering at the University for the first time in the 2018-2019 academic year and thereafter,
b) Students who attended the preparatory program and are taking courses from their degree program for the first time in the 2018-2019 academic year,
c) Students who have not taken courses before and are taking courses from their degree program for the first time in the 2018-2019 academic year and thereafter.
The Letter Grades corresponding to the Achievement Scores, the Grade Points, and whether these grades correspond to a passing grade, conditionally passing grade, or failing grade are presented in Table 1.
