A group of students and faculty members from Pamukkale University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences (PAU FEAS) visited the Denizli Organized Industrial Zone (OSB) Directorate and held a meeting with OSB Board Chairman Selim YAYMANOĞLU at the OSB Conference Hall. The visit, organized within the scope of the Faculty's Student Quality Unit and Mentorship Program, gave students direct access to one of the region's leading industry figures.

The student delegation was accompanied by PAU Vice Rector and Denizli OSB Technopark General Manager Prof. Ersan ÖZ, Dean Prof. Dr. Ender COŞKUN, Vice Dean Assoc. Prof. Dr. Fatih AKÇAY, Finance Department Chair Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ersin YAVUZ, Social Sciences Institute Vice Director Assoc. Prof. Dr. Eren ERGEN, and Finance Department Faculty Member Prof. Dr. Özay ÖZPENÇE.

YAYMANOĞLU opened the session by sharing his professional journey and an overview of the OSB's success story, followed by information on current operations and projects planned for the zone. Turning to career guidance, he stressed that possessing knowledge alone is no longer sufficient in today's world, and that "what truly makes the difference is the ability to transform that knowledge into added value." He described Denizli OSB's overarching goal as building the industry of the future by bringing together production with technology and labor with innovation. Addressing the students directly, YAYMANOĞLU called on them to become individuals "who are not afraid to take risks, who place integrity and courage first, who manage change, and who write their own story," adding that a stronger Turkey tomorrow will be shaped by their courage and vision.

In a second address focused on education, YAYMANOĞLU noted that the OSB has established a fully equipped educational hub within the zone and aims to become a pioneering industrial region in terms of investment in education. He underlined that "every project we bring to life for our young people is, in truth, the most valuable signature we cast toward the future."

The session was moderated by Prof. Dr. Ersan ÖZ and held in a candid and collegial atmosphere. The meeting concluded with an open question-and-answer segment in which students directed their questions to YAYMANOĞLU directly.
