PAMUKKALE UNIVERSITY QUALITY ASSURANCE POLICY

The Quality Assurance Policy outlines the fundamental elements adopted by all employees and determined to ensure the implementation and sustainability of the quality assurance system in all units of Pamukkale University, based on current regulations and a dynamic approach aligned with change.

Pamukkale University:

a) Conducts its activities based on its defined mission, vision, policy, and strategic goals. It systematically ensures alignment with strategic objectives and targets.

b) Operates with the quality assurance approach of Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA). Continuous improvement is the core principle.

c) Commits to structuring and maintaining the internal quality assurance system in compliance with internal regulations. To this end, it pledges to adhere to external evaluation and accreditation processes.

d) Ensures the participation of all stakeholders, especially staff and students, by keeping feedback channels open and implementing activities to increase satisfaction.

e) Aims to be a university whose products and services in its fields of activity are recognized nationally and internationally for their quality.

f) Establishes and operates monitoring mechanisms to evaluate the performance of the quality assurance cycle based on the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) model, and implements improvement methods based on the results.

g) Uses information management systems effectively in the implementation of all processes to ensure sustainability.

h) Conducts studies to follow and adapt to regional, national, and international changes and trends. It prioritizes an innovative and entrepreneurial perspective.

i) Carries out all its activities based on the principle of respect for humans and the environment, and prioritizes sustainability.

j) Conducts activities to ensure the adoption and dissemination of quality culture within the institution.

k) Ensures the alignment of activities related to its defined policies in Education-Instruction, Research-Development, Community Engagement, and other management areas.
