• With the aim of improving the quality continuously by enhancing the processes within the scope of Pamukkale University Strategic Plan:
    • To identify the work process in the units 
    • To organize in-service trainings for the administrative staff in relation to the regulations 
    • To organize trainings for personal development and communication skills 
    • To structure the job analysis/ job definitions of the administrative staff 
    • To evaluate and assess the satisfaction of the software and applications for Management Information System
  • With the aim of completing the process of structuring quality assurance systems in academic and administrative units by the year of 2023 within the scope of Pamukkale University Strategic Plan:
    • To increase the number of units having Quality Management System and Accreditation Documents
    • To increase the satisfaction level of students by 2% annually
    • To increase the satisfaction level of academic staff by 2% annually
    • To increase the satisfaction level of administrative staff by 2% annually
    • To organize efficient and productive trainings about quality management
    • To organize quality improvement meetings by University Quality Committee and Unit Quality Committee
  • With the aim of empowering the corporate identity and interact with stakeholders within the scope of Pamukkale University Strategic Plan:
    • To increase the satisfaction level from the corporate identity by 2.5% annually 
    • To increase the number of person whose names are given to the buildings in the university by 3% 
    • To increase the level of the university’s visibility on media 
    • To increase the number of meetings organized in the university and counselling committees of units by 15% annually 
    • To increase the number of international students in undergraduate and graduate programs by 3%
    • To increase the number of exchange programs agreements with universities by approximately 1% annually 
  • To evaluate annually the realization of the objectives related to education and training activities in the Strategic Plan of Pamukkale University by the relevant units and make plans for precautions
