Our department is accredited in 2020. Accreditation refers to an assessment and external quality assurance process that measures whether -academic and field-specific standards predetermined by an accreditation instituion  in a particular field - are met by a higher education program. (For more information, see: https://epdad.org.tr/icerik/akreditasyon-nedir)  In other words,  our department and its standarts have been approved by and independent and impartial organization  and it has been stated that the standarts of the department  meet the certain national criterias.   Although accreditation highlighted the higher quality of our department and its standarts, it, also, provided a recognition to our department in the way of reaching to the international criterias.
