The Vision of the Program is: "To be a world university which satisfies the stakeholders with its power of cooperation and development.

• Understanding of continuous improvement: The activities and processes at the university are planned to be  analyzed and evaluated through effective methods and necessary improvements.
• Rationalism/Scientificness: The University works with reason, logic, and science-based methods, and values the wisdom.
• Being stakeholder-based: The University makes plans, develop and present services by taking the views of stakeholders into account. 
• Being open to improvement: Staff of the University give importance to continuous development and they are encouraged to participate into education and training activities.
