In the Performance Implementation and Evaluation process implemented at Pamukkale University's School of Foreign Languages (YDYO):

  • Trainings and evaluations are conducted in collaboration between the PDU and the administration.  
  • Self-assessment questionnaires, individual and departmental reports, journaling, etc. are used for evaluation.
  • The surveys and reports are conducted via the EDS-Prodesc system.
  • Corporate performance is measured across categories such as culture, climate, communication, and solidarity.
  • Based on the results, feedback meetings, improvement plans and continuous improvement steps are implemented.
