On May 7, 2026, as part of the “Museum Education and Practices” course conducted by Prof. Dr. Nuray Mamur and organized with the concept of “Alumni in the Classroom,” students had the opportunity to listen to the professional experiences and innovative museum practices of our alumni.
During the event, doctoral student Duygu Erikan from the Institute of Educational Sciences at Gazi University shared the creative museum activities and implementation processes she carried out with children aged 6–10.
In addition, doctoral student Özge Ay Küçük from the Institute of Educational Sciences at Pamukkale University presented her study combining museum learning processes with interactive e-book technology and shared her field experiences with the students.
The event attracted considerable interest and provided students with valuable insights into contemporary museum education practices and professional field experiences.
We would like to thank our alumni for their valuable contributions and inspiring presentations.
