The Pamukkale University Artificial Intelligence System PAUAI, which we have established to support academic studies, has been opened for use. The system can be accessed from within our university network via the link

Our Artificial Intelligence System runs on our university servers and uses open-source management interfaces and artificial intelligence models as software. Since the system will run on our university’s own server, data will not be sent outside (to OpenAI or Google servers); thus, 100% data privacy and KVKK compliance have been ensured.
PDF, Word, or text files can be uploaded to the system. Instead of general internet knowledge, our artificial intelligence system directly reads these documents and provides precise answers to questions based on the information in the documents. Image files can also be uploaded to the system, and it can analyze the uploaded images and provide information to the user about their content.
Through its chat interface, the system is capable of providing fluent information and answering complex academic questions in both Turkish and English.
Users (students or academics) are provided with dedicated storage space and independent workspaces separated for different projects.
Students or academics who know coding can obtain an API Key from the system and connect the software they develop to our university’s artificial intelligence engine.
To apply for system use, an application screen has been created in the Pusula Information System under F1 Notification Tracking System > PAU AI > Application. Application results and approved usage dates can also be viewed from the same page. Studies must be completed within the approved application dates. If they cannot be completed, additional time may be requested from the Department of Information Technologies.
