* One photograph taken within the last six months and PAUYOS Exam Entry Form
* Passport / Republic of Türkiye Identity Card / Republic of Türkiye Birth Certificate / Blue Card / Residence Permit / Driver's License
* Soft tip pencil(s), eraser, sharpener.
