Students from the Faculty visited the Vergi Denetim Kurulu (Tax Inspection Board Presidency) and Anıtkabir in Ankara on November 28, 2025, to support their academic development and observe professional practices on-site.

During the program organized under the guidance of the Faculty's academic staff, students had the opportunity to gain an institutional perspective on the functioning of public auditing. Within the scope of the visit, comprehensive information was provided at the Ankara Tax Inspection Board Presidency regarding the institution's structure, audit processes, and digital applications used in tax inspections.
During the program, presentations were made by Head of Department Chief Tax Inspector Koray TURDA, Chief Tax Inspector Yaprak TAŞDEMİR, and Tax Inspector Sıbğatullah İMAMOĞLU. The expert auditors answered students' questions regarding legislation, audit methods, and tax inspection techniques, providing detailed information about career opportunities.
Following the technical trip, the students visited Anıtkabir (Mausoleum of Atatürk). After paying their respects in the presence of the Great Leader Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the students toured the Anıtkabir Atatürk and War of Independence Museum, examining important documents and artifacts shedding light on the history of the Republic.
This program, aimed at increasing professional knowledge, also allowed students to internalize the founding values of the Republic on-site.
