Students in the "Labor Market Applications in Turkey" course at the Department of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, PAU Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, met with experts from KOSGEB and the Agricultural and Rural Development Support Institution (TKDK). KOSGEB Denizli Director Sadullah DÜLGER and TKDK Denizli Provincial Coordinator Bilal TAŞTEPE outlined available support programs, eligibility requirements, and incentive schemes targeting young entrepreneurs.

KOSGEB Denizli Director Sadullah DÜLGER, TKDK Denizli Provincial Coordinator Bilal TAŞTEPE, and TKDK Communications Specialist Cihan ÇİMEN joined the "Labor Market Applications in Turkey" course taught by Prof. Handan KUMAŞ of the Department of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations at PAU Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences on 04.05.2026. The session gave students direct access to public agency experts on entrepreneurship financing and support mechanisms.
Presenting under the title "Entrepreneurship and Innovation," DÜLGER introduced KOSGEB's "Business Start-Up" and "Business Development" grant schemes and explained the eligibility criteria for each. He also covered the affirmative measures in place for women and young applicants and illustrated his presentation with case studies of entrepreneurs who received KOSGEB funding across various sectors.
TAŞTEPE outlined the support packages TKDK provides in agriculture, livestock, construction, and related industries, drawing on concrete success stories. He also detailed the favorable conditions available to young applicants through TKDK's youth-oriented incentive policies.
The session concluded with a question-and-answer segment in which students addressed queries directly to the speakers on topics ranging from application processes to sector-specific funding opportunities.
