Quality Assurance Policy
The Quality Assurance Policy sets out the core principles established to ensure the implementation and sustainability of the quality assurance system across all units of Pamukkale University, with an understanding that takes legislative requirements into account and adapts to change.
Pamukkale University conducts its activities on the basis of its defined mission, vision, policies, and strategic objectives. It ensures the alignment of activities with strategic goals and monitors this systematically.
The Plan–Do–Check–Act (PDCA) quality assurance approach is adopted across all processes, and the principle of continuous improvement is accepted as a fundamental guiding value.
The structuring and sustainability of the internal quality assurance system are secured through institutional legislation. The University commits to compliance with external evaluation and accreditation processes.
The participation of all stakeholders — primarily staff and students — in processes is ensured. Feedback mechanisms are kept open with the aim of increasing satisfaction.
The University aims to become a competitive institution at the national and international level through the quality of its services and products.
Monitoring mechanisms are established for the sustainability of the PDCA cycle and process performance is evaluated. Improvement efforts are carried out in line with the results obtained.
Information management systems are used effectively across all processes and the sustainability of these systems is ensured.
Regional, national, and international developments and trends are monitored. Importance is given to adaptation efforts guided by an innovative and entrepreneurial perspective.

Continuous improvement and awareness activities are conducted to ensure the adoption and dissemination of an institutional quality culture.
