Centre Director Executive Leadership · 3-Year Term of Office
Civil Servants Law No. 657 Higher Education Law No. 2547 PAU KAVDEM Regulation

Actions are taken within the framework of the Regulation of Pamukkale University Quality Management and Data Evaluation Application and Research Centre.

  • To plan and carry out activities in accordance with the Centre's objectives.
  • To ensure the continuous monitoring, supervision, and control of all Centre activities and the receipt of their outcomes.
  • To ensure that the transactions carried out at the Centre are conducted in accordance with the relevant legislation.
  • To represent the Centre.
  • To chair the Board of Directors and convene its meetings.
  • To implement the decisions of the Board of Directors and to ensure their implementation by the working units.
  • To prepare the annual activity report at the end of each year by obtaining the opinion of the Board of Directors and to submit it for the approval of the Rector.
  • To ensure the regular execution and development of the Centre's administrative operations.
  • To identify the personnel to be assigned to working groups or research projects as well as the project organisers, and to submit the assignment request to senior management.
  • To verify that all transactions carried out at the Centre are conducted within the relevant legislative framework.
  • The Director's term of office is 3 years.
  • Appointed by the Rector in accordance with the PAU KAVDEM Regulation.
  • The Director is accountable to the Rector of Pamukkale University.
  • In the absence of the Director, one of the Deputy Directors acts as deputy.

Centre Deputy Director Coordination & Support · Reports to Director
Civil Servants Law No. 657 Higher Education Law No. 2547 PAU KAVDEM Regulation

Actions are taken within the framework of the Regulation of Pamukkale University Quality Management and Data Evaluation Application and Research Centre.

  • To assist the Director in planning and preparing activities in accordance with the Centre's objectives.
  • To assist the Director in the continuous monitoring, supervision, and control of all Centre activities.
  • To carry out tasks assigned by the Director.
  • To act as Deputy Director in the absence of the Director.
  • To represent the Centre jointly with the Director.
  • To assist the Centre Director in all activities of the Centre.
  • To implement the decisions of the Board of Directors in coordination with the Centre Director.
  • To assist the Director in preparing the annual activity report at the end of each year regarding the activities of the Centre and its working groups.
  • Appointed by the Rector upon the recommendation of the Director from among the University's academic staff.
  • The Centre Deputy Director is accountable to the Director within the scope of Centre activities.
  • In the event that the Director's term of office expires or the Director leaves the post for any reason, the term of office of the Deputy Directors also ends.

Centre Administrative Staff Administrative Operations · Accountable to Director
Civil Servants Law No. 657 Higher Education Law No. 2547 Academic Organisation Regulation

Actions are taken within the framework of the Regulation on Academic Organisation in Universities and in accordance with the objectives and principles set by PAU senior management.

  • To possess the general qualifications specified in Civil Servants Law No. 657.
  • To carry out administrative tasks in order to ensure that all activities of the Centre are conducted in accordance with relevant legislation, in line with the objectives and principles determined by PAU senior management.
  • To possess any other qualifications required to best perform the Centre's activities.
  • To conduct and follow up on the Centre's correspondence.
  • To prepare the agendas for Board of Directors meetings, ensure their distribution to members, and record the decisions of the Board.
  • To prepare the annual reports to be produced by the Centre.
  • To make preparations for training activities and ensure their announcement to the relevant parties.
  • To monitor the leave, duty assignments, and medical reports of Centre personnel.
  • To follow up on and prepare the return-to-duty notifications for Centre personnel after leave, duty assignments, and medical leave.
  • To maintain the personal files of Centre personnel.
  • To keep the assigned computer and other equipment in working order and to take the necessary measures to this end.
  • To safeguard and store documents, equipment, tools, and materials related to the position.
  • To carry out other tasks assigned by the Director and Deputy Directors.
  • To comply with occupational health and safety principles.
  • Appointed by the Rector of Pamukkale University.
  • Accountable to the Director of the Quality Management and Data Evaluation Application and Research Centre.
  • In the absence of the staff member, another member of personnel deemed appropriate by the Director acts as deputy.
