Ahmet Erol is an Associate Professor (Ph.D.) in the Department of Preschool Education at Pamukkale University, Denizli, Turkey. He was born in the Sorgun district of Yozgat and completed his primary and secondary education in the same district. He received his bachelor’s degree from the Department of Primary School Education at the Faculty of Education, Celal Bayar University. He later completed both his master’s and doctoral studies at the Institute of Educational Sciences, Pamukkale University, in the field of Preschool Education. His academic work focuses on early childhood education, with particular emphasis on environmental education in early childhood, self-regulation skills and early STEM education during the preschool period. Through his research, he aims to contribute to the understanding and improvement of educational practices that support children’s cognitive, social, and emotional development in the early years. Dr. Erol has published studies in national and international academic journals and continues to conduct research on innovative educational approaches, teacher education, and interdisciplinary practices that enhance learning experiences in early childhood education.
