Quality Improvement Transactions in Our School

  1. The exam programs are regularly announced to the students at least one week in the midterm exams, and at least two weeks in the final exams.
  2. Effective use of the school web page has been started. All announcements, events and news related to students are regularly shared on the website.
  3. Examinations are conducted by the Exam Preparation Board. The Board prepares exams according to the Oturma Exam Seating Plan ”established in the Compass Information System. With this plan, students can follow the time and location of the exam in the Compass Information System. Students have been eliminated from the examination.
  4. Course schedules were announced to students both from bulletin boards and from web pages before the semester course registrations.
  5. The lecturers determined the consulting hours to listen to the problems of the students and they were able to announce these periods from the office doors.
  6. Class schedules were started to be posted on which day of the lesson.
  7. In cooperation with the District Public Education Center, courses such as DGS course, folk dances course, music, painting and computers are organized and organized regularly. A lecturer is assigned to this subject and students are encouraged to take these courses.
  8. The electricity problem in the whole school was solved by the Rectorate.
  9. In the warming of the school, the need for coal was met by the municipality and as a result of occasional disruptions, the need for heating was completely solved by the Rectorate.
  10. The hydrophore needed in the irrigation system of the greenhouse under the project is connected to the system.
  11. The fertilization and heating system in the greenhouse area is provided to be taken into the warehouse.
  12. The area of application has been actively used and fruit seedlings and succulent cultivation have been started by planting medical and aromatic plants. (Link)

  14. At the exit hours of the second education students, it was tried to provide safety in the dormitory route in liaison with the municipality.

  16. The establishment of two new student societies has led to the establishment of social activities.
  17. Together with the Denizli cookery association, our school organized a cooking program and a food competition to enable students to demonstrate their knowledge and skills in a competition environment with students from other provinces.

  21. The archive room was established and documents and documents were kept here.
  22. Curtain, sound and light system were maintained in the conference hall.
  23. The distribution of the toy handicraft products of the children's development program students to the rural schools was provided and cooperation with the village schools and the promotion of our school were realized. (Link)

  25. Targets included in the Strategic Plan, which are prepared every five years, are started to be prepared every year. It is aimed to determine new targets for the next year by comparing the target realized with the target to be realized.
  26. Career Days were started to be organized in order to expand the professional perspectives and horizons of students.
  27. The orientation program, which started to be applied with the 2017-2018 academic year to our new enrolled students, has been regularized. (Link)
  28. Tavas Fruit Panel was held on October 22, 2018 in the conference hall of our school through the Department of Vegetable and Animal Production and Tavas County Agriculture and Forestry Directorate. (Link)
  29. In consultation with the Municipality of Tavas, it was ensured that the students were provided with service and thus the transportation problems that the students could experience / live were prevented.
  30. An internship book format was created and standardization was provided in the internship / practice books of the students.
