The orientation programme for our new postgraduate students, held on 18 September 2026 and led by our Librarian Ercan İnce, began with a tour of the area at the entrance to the institute building where the historic banner, manuscripts and historical documents are on display. Ercan İnce, who provided the students with information on historical banners, manuscripts and historical documents, then gave them a tour of the Institute Library. As part of the programme, which took place in the Institute’s Conference Hall, informative presentations were given on the Institute itself and its facilities, the history of Yatağan and the Büyük Medrese, and the use of the library and digital information resources. The programme concluded with the Institute Secretary İbrahim Alyüz and the Librarian Ercan İnce, answering the students’ questions. On behalf of our Institute, we pray to Almighty Allah that the new academic year may bring blessings to our students and our Institute, and we wish our students every success.
