  Esthetic Dermatology;

  • Fractional carbondioxide laser applications; FCL is a highly effective method specifically used for Anti-aging applications. Its also quite effective for eyelid thightening operation and acnea scar removals. With the application  of lazer the skin starts having multiple microscopic treatment zones with new collagen formation and reepithelializon zones by  photothermolysis principle. This operation is usually done through winter time while the sun is less potent. With the surgical head of the lazer, the device can also be used for removal of benign skin tumours such as skin tags, fibromas, seborrheic keratosis. The procedure takes 4 sessions each monthly to work out. After the procedure, the area effected usually develops redness and edema which usually tends to disappear after 24 hrs and without causing any limitations  with the daily life. In order to boost the efficiency of the therapy and faster recovery times, PRP treatment can also be combined with the therapy.

     

  • Fractional radiofrequency applications; with the use of deep heat energy this therapy effects epidermis and dermis layers of the skin. The radiofrequency energy is applied into the skin via special needles which vary between 0,5-3,5 mm’s in length. Besides Anti-aging applications the procedure is also used for eyelid tightening operations, removal of acnea scars, skin spots and hiper perspiration. The procedure can be done throughout whole year. Just like lazer therapy the procedure takes 4 sessions each monthly. It can be combined with the lazer therapy. After the procedure, the area effected usually develops redness and edema which usually tends to disappear after 24 hrs and without causing any limitations  with the daily life. In order to boost the efficiency of the therapy and faster recovery times, PRP treatment can also be combined with the therapy.

   

  • Chemical peeling; is the procedure of treating the skin with different chemical agents. For the treatment of skin spots and Anti-aging applications the glycolic acid which is derived from the fruit acids is applied to the skin; while salicylic acid is chosen for acnea treatment. The procedure takes about 10 mins. For a proper treatment usually the therapy needs 4 to 8 sessions which carried on by every  2 to 4 weeks. After the procedure mild burning sensation can be felt by the patient but this effect does not stop the patient from daily routines. Also short term redness, flaking or peeling can be seen on the treatment zones.
• Platelet rich plasma (PRP); is the procedure which the patients own blood is used on the treatment zone via injections, after the blood has been gone through several applications. The treatment is used for Anti-aging, skin rejuvenation, hair loss, skin spots and scars.

   

• Mesotherapy: is the injection of multiple vitamins and supplementary materials into the skin. Just like PRP, the treatment is used for Anti-aging, skin rejuvenation, hair loss, skin spots and scars.

   

  • Dermal fillers applications; are the aesthetic applications in order to replace the lost volume on the face due to aging. The most common filler is an already skin building block caller hyauronic acid. The main advantage of the use of the hyaluronic acid is that both it can self degregade by time or the physician can remove it in case of a side effect or an unwanted aesthetic result. Besides volume loss treatments dermal fillers can also be used for correction of nose contours, jawline correcitons, jaw retardations or micro jaw corrections, eyebrow lifting, tear trough corrections and as lip volume  boosters. They also can be used for filling post operational scars. The effect of the treatment lasts about 6 to 18 months.

     

  • Botulinum toxin applications; botulinum toxin is a neurotoxin which is synthesized by a bacteria called clostridum botulinum. This neurotoxin temporarily paralyzes the striated muscles. The age lines and wrinkles on the face mainly comes to existance due to the extended use of the mimic muscles. So forth the usage of botox on these muscles relaxes them, hence gives the patient a younger, wrinkle free look. Besides removing the facial wrinkles the application can also be used for the correction of gummy smile where the patients gums are shown while smiling. Botox is also applied on patients suffering from hiper perspiration. The effects can be seen 24-72 hours after the treatment and reaches its peak effect around 7-14 days. These effects lasts about 3-8 months, and starts slowly degrading. Repeated treatment sessions improves the longevity of the effects and also protects the patient from having deeper age lines.

     

  • Thread lifting; as time goes by with the help of the gravity the ligaments of the face start to sag towards down and soft connective tissues start to move around. With thread lifting by using different types of surgical threads the soft tissues of the face are hunged upwards. Some types of the threads can be absorbed and dissolved by the body by time but even though the threads vanishes the process stimulates the connective tissue and fixates the tissues of the applied areas. The treatment aims to re hang the face which has sagged over time.
