In order to complete an in-term internship, students must have at least three full weekdays without any classes. Only students who meet this requirement will be eligible to undertake an in-term internship. Students who fulfill the conditions may complete a 30-working-day internship between March 2 and May 22, 2026, subject to the decision of the Faculty Administrative Board.
After their course schedules are finalized, eligible students must first send a petition and their finalized course schedule via e-mail to the Internship Commission members between February 16–18, 2026. Following the Commission’s approval, they may proceed with their application through the Pusula Information System.
After the Commission evaluates whether the applicants meet the requirements and grants approval, applications submitted via the Pusula Information System and the signed internship documents will be accepted. Each student must send a single e-mail including all three Internship Commission members in CC. Students are required to regularly check the department website and their e-mail accounts for announcements related to this process. Applications will not be processed in cases of delayed document submission due to failure to follow the procedure.
