The domestic internship period for the 2025–2026 academic year has been determined by the Faculty Administrative Board as July 6 – August 17, 2026. Internship dates must be selected on weekdays only, excluding official holidays.
-
Within the period July 6 – August 17, 2026, only weekdays should be selected as internship days. The total number of selected internship days in the system must appear as 30 days.
-
July 15 (official holiday), as well as Saturdays and Sundays, must not be selected.
-
If extra or insufficient internship days are selected, or if weekends and official holidays are included, your application will not be approved. If your application is rejected, you must carefully review this announcement and resubmit your application accordingly.
Each student may select only one internship course. As the commission, we recommend choosing the internship listed in your curriculum for the relevant semester.
Internship applications are submitted via the Pusula Information System. After completing your application, you must click “Submit for Approval”. If you do not submit your application for approval, it will not be visible to the commission and your internship will be considered invalid.
After approval, all documents generated by the system must be fully signed, stamped, and approved by the workplace. Then, the scanned documents, along with the Certificate of Entitlement (Müstehaklık Belgesi) obtained from e-Government, must be uploaded as a single PDF file to the links provided below. Students who fail to upload approved documents will not be able to complete their insurance registration and therefore cannot start their internship, even if their application is approved in the system.
The deadline for uploading signed, stamped, and all required internship documents is May 15. No extensions will be granted. Incomplete or incorrect applications and document submissions will not be accepted, and all responsibility lies with the student.
The departmental internship commission will not provide any document regarding internship approval or insurance entry. If the workplace requests such documents, you may present your approval via the Pusula Information System and your insurance registration via your e-Government account.
The offices or institutions where the internship will be carried out must be engaged in architectural design and/or construction practices. The responsibility for selecting an appropriate workplace lies with the student. Since the commission cannot be familiar with the nature of all workplaces, it cannot provide opinions on their suitability. More than one student may intern at the same workplace; however, each student must submit original and individual work. Submitting identical internship files will result in invalidation of the internships.
For questions regarding insurance procedures, the Certificate of Entitlement, or workplace-related insurance matters, you may contact MTF administrative staff member Murat Aydemir.
The submission format and dates for the Internship Report/File will be announced at the beginning of the 2026–2027 Fall Semester. Submissions made earlier will not be considered.
