The internship logbook submission deadline for the 2025-2026 summer internships has been set as Monday, 9 NOVEMBER 2026. You are required to fill in the internship logbook available on the department website on a day-by-day basis and upload it as a PDF to the folder at the link provided below. The work you carried out (drawings, renderings, etc.) must be submitted together with the logbook as an A3-format portfolio, also in PDF format. Preparing a portfolio in addition to the internship logbook is mandatory. A detailed written description of each internship day must be included in the logbook.
The method of preparing the internship logbook available on the department website and the supplementary file to be included in the same PDF, as well as the layout of the portfolio, are left to the student's responsibility and discretion. Each internship submission file must be unique to the individual student. Submissions found to have been prepared jointly will be considered invalid.
All PDFs must be merged into a single file. If a student submits their file in separate parts instead of as a single PDF, only the first file uploaded will be evaluated. In that case, the student bears full responsibility for any resulting failure or low grade.
The supplementary drawings must be matched with the corresponding day entries in the logbook. Otherwise, your logbook will be considered invalid, since it will not be possible to determine which work was carried out on which internship day. After completing the logbook and portfolio, you must upload a scanned copy bearing the signature and stamp of the authorized person at the institution or office where you completed your internship to the Drive link below as a SINGLE PDF.
Warning: Unsigned logbooks will be considered invalid. Only digital submissions are accepted. Non-digital submissions, such as printed logbooks or submissions sent by post/courier, will not be accepted.
