Academic Visit to Moulay Ismail University Within the Scope of Erasmus+ Mobility

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Barış Semiz, a faculty member of the Department of Geological Engineering at Pamukkale University, visited the Faculty of Sciences at Moulay Ismail University in Morocco between May 10–15, 2026, within the framework of the Erasmus+ KA171 Staff Mobility for Teaching Program.

During the visit, meetings were held with Dean Prof. Taoufiq Fechtali, Faculty Erasmus Coordinator Dr. Abdel Dikayir, and faculty members to discuss opportunities for enhancing educational and scientific collaboration, as well as strengthening cultural exchange between the institutions.

As part of the mobility program, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Barış Semiz also delivered a lecture entitled “The Late Antiquity Unguentarium from the Archaeological Site of Tripolis, Denizli (Southwestern Turkey).”
