The Administrative Personnel Directorate is responsible for carrying out the following procedures regarding the university's administrative staff:

  • Management of Authorized Positions (Maintenance of filled and vacant positions)

  • Preparation of Job Postings for the recruitment of open-appointment, contracted, disabled, and foster care alumni personnel

  • Appointments and Assignments including open-appointment, transfer, re-appointment, privatization-based, contracted, disabled, foster care alumni, and veterans or relatives of martyrs

  • Assignment Procedures (Temporary assignments, intra-institutional assignments, evening education)

  • Personnel Grade and Rank Changes

  • Allocation and Cancellation of Staff Positions

  • Promotion Procedures (Staffing studies and appointment processes for promotion and change of title)

  • Monthly Staffing Reports to the Ministry of Finance, the Council of Higher Education (YÖK), and the State Personnel Department

  • Preparation of Side Payment Rosters / Salary Supplements

  • Arrangement of Clothing Allowance Lists
