The exhibition was opened to visitors with the participation of Pamukkale University Rector Prof. Dr. Mahmud Güngör and the opening speeches delivered by Acting Dean of the Faculty of Architecture and Design, Prof. Dr. Mustafa Tamer Ayvaz. In addition to the academic staff of the Faculties of Architecture and Design and Engineering, the event was attended by representatives of the Chamber of Architects (TMMOB) Denizli Branch, sector representatives, and many students. Bringing together academics and students from different disciplines, the exhibition provided an important platform that strengthened the interaction between the fields of architecture and engineering.

The exhibition featured projects developed within the scope of the “MIM 411 Architectural Design V” course during the Fall Semester of the 2025–2026 Academic Year. The main focus of the studio was the reconsideration of B Block of the Faculty of Engineering (Civil and Geological Engineering Building), one of the oldest buildings on the Kınıklı Campus, in order to respond to contemporary needs. Students analyzed the spatial, functional, and environmental potentials of the existing building and developed innovative design proposals that addressed contemporary architectural approaches such as sustainability, accessibility, user comfort, and integration with the campus context. The projects exhibited were the outcome of an intensive studio process conducted throughout the semester under the guidance of Asst. Prof. Dr. Üyesi Gözde Kan Ülkü, Asst. Prof. Dr. Saadet Mutlu Kaytan, Asst. Prof. Dr. Ayşe Nur Şenel Fidangenç, and Res. Asst. Dr. Dilek Avsan Karaman.
