Within the scope of the Instrumental Analysis Laboratory course, 4th year students of the Department of Chemistry visited the Denizli Food Control Laboratory. During this technical visit, the students were informed about sample preparation procedures for food analysis and gained knowledge about instrumental techniques used in food analysis, particularly chromatographic systems as well as other analytical instruments.
