Mission
The mission of the chemistry department is to be the priority choice of successful students thanks to the education and training given at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Our department aims to educate chemists having sufficient field knowledge, being beneficial to society, innovative, entrepreneurial, inquisitive, cooperative, environmentally and ethically responsible. In addition, it is aimed to be a department producing solutions to problems related to chemistry through basic and applied researches and contributing to development and spread of science and technology and to increase the quality of life in our country by carrying out research activities at national and international levels.
