The third edition of "Internship & Career Days in the Business World" was held on May 14, 2026, at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, organised jointly by PAU Business Community and PAUKARMER. The event, hosted in the A Block of the Faculty, brought together 21 companies from sectors including textiles, energy, logistics, software, automotive, food and human resources for one-on-one meetings with students.
The annual Internship & Career Days programme returned for its third edition, once again creating a direct platform for students to engage with industry representatives. The event was organised by PAU Business Community in collaboration with PAUKARMER, the Faculty's career development unit.
Throughout the day, company representatives met with students individually, sharing information on internship opportunities, career pathways, recruitment processes and the qualities their organisations look for in candidates. Topics such as corporate culture, career planning and the competencies valued in professional life featured prominently across the sessions.
The 21 participating firms represented a wide cross-section of the regional and national business landscape. From the textiles sector, Tosunoğlu Tekstil, Uğurlular Tekstil, Emir Tekstil, Gelin Tekstil, Küçüker Tekstil, Menekşe Tekstil, Turkuaz Tekstil, Çiçek Tekstil and Mutlubaşlar Tekstil were among those present. Energy sector representatives included GDZ Elektrik and Elsan Elektrik, while Cengizhan Lojistik and Evliyaoğlu Lojistik attended from logistics. Sadık Grup, ABL Foods, Humanica, Lezita, Europtec, Sirmersan, Prizma Yazılım and Otomat Otomotiv completed the participant list.Throughout the event, company representatives answered students' questions and offered practical guidance on navigating the transition from university to professional life.
