Purchasing Branch Directorate

INTRODUCTION

The justification for the establishment of the Purchasing Branch Directorate, which operates under the Department of Administrative and Financial Affairs, is based on the duties assigned to our Presidency under Article 36(a) of the Decree Law on the Administrative Organization of Higher Education Institutions and Higher Education Institutions No. 124.

The duties of the Support Services Department are as follows:

a. Carrying out services related to the procurement of tools, equipment, and materials,

b. Providing services such as cleaning, lighting, heating, maintenance, repair, and similar services,

c. Carrying out printing and graphic works as well as document and writing duplication services,

d. Conducting civil defense, security, and environmental control activities,

e. Performing similar assigned duties.

According to Article 36(a) of the Decree Law on the Administrative Organization of Higher Education Institutions No. 124, carrying out services related to the procurement of tools, equipment, and materials is among the duties of our Presidency. The
