Rental and Sales Branch Directorate

Definition

To carry out document-related tasks and procedures in revenue-generating rental and sales transactions within the scope of Law No. 2886 on the State Procurement Law and relevant legislation, from the preparation stage to the termination of the contract.

Duties

- To carry out all transactions, procedures, and notifications related to the rental tender of University real estate (canteens / cafeterias, ATMs, etc.) to be leased under Law No. 2886 on the State Procurement Law, up to the point of handover.

- To carry out all transactions, procedures, and notifications related to the sales tender of University movable assets that have completed their economic life (automobiles, construction equipment, etc.) to be sold under Law No. 2886 on the State Procurement Law, up to the point of delivery of the goods.

- To carry out transactions and procedures related to the collection and follow-up of rent, electricity, water, and heating fees for leased University properties.

- To notify the Legal Consultancy regarding legal issues or eviction procedures involving tenants.

- To follow changes in procurement legislation and other relevant regulations.

- To comply with the institution’s Quality Policies.

- To carry out other tasks and procedures assigned by the Head of Department and/or senior management.
