Our faculty hosted an important meeting within the scope of the Vocational Education at Enterprise model implemented in the Department of Management Information Systems in line with the goal of strengthening university-industry cooperation.

Mr. Tayfun Erikan, founder of Lab2023, Karegraf Software company founder Mr. İsmail Tankal, Netinternet company representative Mr. Özgür Çiftçi and Kodpit board chairman Mr. Buğra Yüksel visited our faculty. They participated in the preliminary protocol meetings for this comprehensive vocational training program to be implemented in businesses. Our faculty dean, Prof. Dr. Ender Coşkun, our head of the Management Information Systems department, Prof. Dr. Selçuk Burak Haşıloğlu, and our department faculty members Dr. Mehmet Ulaş Koyuncuoğlu and Res. Asst. Berker Dal also attended and shared their valuable insights on the project.
During the meeting, cooperation opportunities that will enrich students' education life and enable them to enter the business life better equipped after graduation were discussed. With the completion of the protocol process, our MIS students will be offered internship quotas in Technopark companies and thus will be offered the opportunity to receive practical training for the business world.

Dean Prof. Ender Coşkun emphasized the importance of university-industry cooperation and stated that the meetings with the companies in Technopark provide a unique opportunity for our students to apply their theoretical knowledge in the business world. Prof. Selçuk Burak Haşıloğlu, Head of the Department of MIS, stated that the transition to the Vocational Education at Enterprise system was implemented in line with the demands of the sector and emphasized the importance of practical training, and emphasized that this cooperation will allow our students to gain practical experience and companies to establish direct contact with future professionals.
During the meeting, company representatives stated that they are open to cooperation and that they see it as a social responsibility to contribute to the educational processes of students and that such collaborations will play an important role not only for students but also for companies to access innovative workforce.
