MEVLANA

Mevlana project is an exchange programme for students and academic and administrative staffs of Higher Education Institutions (HEI) of Turkey and other countries. Mevlana Exchange Programme involves HEI’s all over the world without geographical discrimination and allows students and staffs, who are enrolled in a HEI, to gain international experience. Students can study abroad for a single term or maximum of two terms. On the other hand, staffs can lecture abroad for minimum of one week and maximum of three months. Students who are enrolled to distance education or non-formal education cannot get benefit from Mevlana exchange programme.

Application Requirements of Mevlana Programme

Necessary Documents for the Application

* Candidate Student Application Form

* Transcript of Records (ToR)

* Language Certificate

After selecting the host university

* Student Application Form

* Student Information Form

* Learning Agreement (x3)

* Student Scholarship Agreement, which will be prepared by the International Relations Office (IRO) of PAU and signed by the student.

After the Mobility

* ToR

* Certificate of Attendance

* Student Final Report

Note: Documents should be handed to the PAU IRO staff within 15 days. Student Final Report can be sent either via e-mail, post or can be handed to the staff. Documents that are not given or have missing within the accepted days will be considered invalid, and student should pay back the grant given before the mobility.
