Pamukkale University Construction and Technical Services Department Core Values

Within the framework of these core values, the Construction and Technical Services Department is divided into the following units:
Construction Branch Directorate
The Construction Branch Directorate aims to achieve the highest level of modern construction standards by adopting high technology in structural and infrastructural processes, thus striving for excellence. With a quality-focused approach, it works results-oriented by increasing efficiency and utilizing time effectively in projects. While encouraging collaboration within the team, it aims to produce future-oriented solutions through continuous improvement and innovation. With an approach based on transparency, honesty, and stakeholder satisfaction, it aims to be a pioneer in its work.
Maintenance and Repair Branch Directorate
As the Maintenance and Repair Department, we aim to contribute to the social progress of our university. We aim to develop our students' problem-solving skills and to cultivate individuals who embrace national and spiritual values, are open to innovation, and can contribute to contemporary civilization. Our goal is to ensure the comfort of students and staff by undertaking the maintenance and repair of structures throughout the university, increasing efficiency with technology-based solutions, and creating a sustainable campus by implementing environmental improvements.
Tender and Purchasing Branch Directorate
As the Tender and Purchasing Branch, we aim to fulfill the university's infrastructure and construction projects in line with our investment and budget. Our vision is to prepare tenders for the goods, services, and construction needs of all units within the framework of Public Financial Management and Control Law No. 5018, Public Procurement Law No. 4734, and Public Contracts Law No. 4735, in line with requests from relevant units, and to monitor the tender process.
Environmental Planning Branch Directorate
The Branch Directorate's duties include preparing landscaping projects for buildings, facilities, and common recreational areas on our university campuses, implementing the projects, conducting temporary and final acceptance and inspection procedures, and performing irrigation, lawn mowing, pruning, pesticide application, fertilization, and other tasks in landscaped areas. As the Research and Projects Department, we aim to best meet the needs of our university. We aim to implement environmental improvements and provide aesthetic and technical support using modern technology to develop our students' talents and creativity. Our vision is to position our university at a national and international level by following global developments and prioritizing quality by developing solutions that comply with scientific and ethical principles.
Administrative and Financial Affairs Department
As the Administrative and Financial Affairs Department, we aim to develop solutions tailored to the needs of our university. Our core values include transparency, continuity, and stakeholder satisfaction. We prioritize quality, ensuring budget management and efficient use of resources. Our vision is to advance our university's national and international standing by conducting all our activities in accordance with scientific and ethical principles and to earn the trust of our stakeholders.
