Pamukkale University's Department of Construction and Technical Works is responsible for the design, tendering, construction supervision, and delivery of new infrastructure, buildings, and facilities within the framework of allocated funds and established plans. It is also responsible for major repairs and maintenance of existing infrastructure and facilities, and for maintaining them in usable condition. It conducts its activities in accordance with relevant technical regulations and laws in the construction and repair processes necessary for the effective and efficient implementation of the university's educational, research, development, and community contribution missions. Previously, in accordance with State Procurement Law No. 2886, it now conducts tenders for construction, repair, and material procurement in accordance with Public Procurement Law No. 4734 and Public Procurement Contracts Law No. 4735. Our department handles tenders, oversees all aspects of construction, supervision, and payments to contractors during the construction phase.
