1. The Advisory Board is composed of ten members, who are experienced in the fields of activity of the Center, from among the academic staff of the University or other universities, and experts from relevant public institutions and private organizations, and who are appointed by the Rector for a term of three years upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors, under the chairmanship of the Director. Members whose terms have expired may be reassigned. New members are appointed to complete the remaining term of the members who leave before their terms expire.

2. The Advisory Board meets at least once a year with a simple majority of the total number of members upon the invitation of the Director and makes decisions with a simple majority of the participants.

3. The duties of the Advisory Board are to make evaluations on issues that the Board of Directors requires regarding the activities of the Center and to make advisory opinions and suggestions.
