In order to continuously improve the quality of education and strengthen the student-centered education approach, our Department regularly collects student feedback via the Pusula Information System at the end of each semester. Our students' views on the conduct of the course, communication with the instructor, assessment and evaluation processes, and course learning outcomes constitute the fundamental inputs of our program's quality assurance system.

In light of the obtained data, the fact that the general satisfaction average remains above the 4.00 / 5.00 band indicates that the educational activities in our department are carried out in a qualified, transparent manner that meets student expectations. Categorical evaluations are presented below:

1. Course Objectives, Content, and Cognitive Contribution

In the evaluations made by our students, high satisfaction rates were achieved under the headings of "Objectives and Content" and "Contribution to Cognitive Skills." This situation reveals that the course syllabi are clear and understandable, course contents are supported by current literature, and concrete contributions are made to the students' professional/academic competencies. Our students have reflected their satisfaction with the development of their analytical thinking skills, as well as the theoretical depth of the courses, in their scores.

2. Communication and In-Class Interaction

One of the strongest areas in the survey results is the "Communication with Students" and "In-Class Interaction" categories. The accessibility of our instructors, providing constructive feedback to students' questions, and creating a democratic discussion environment in classes are the main factors that raise satisfaction scores. High in-class interaction proves that students' active participation in classes is encouraged and that the learning process is maintained through two-way communication.

3. Teaching Process and Assessment System

The averages obtained in the headings of "Teaching Process" and "Assessment Process" show that the courses are conducted within the planned time and with effective methods. The alignment of exam and assignment processes with course learning outcomes, transparency of assessment criteria, and sensitivity regarding fair grading have gained the students' trust. The diversity of instructional materials and pedagogical competence in the flow of the course have been the key to success in this area.

Considering the general evaluation average; it is observed that our Department's educational standards are compatible with institutional goals and are at a high level of satisfaction. The general average above 4.00 expresses the satisfaction our students feel with the education they receive and the academic environment provided. Our Department will continue to meticulously monitor student feedback in order to make this positive picture sustainable and to further advance areas for development.
