INTERNSHIP ANNOUNCEMENT

Students who will be doing internships will choose their own internship companies. The internship period is 30 (thirty) working days. National and religious holidays and official holidays will not be included in the internship period. It is mandatory for the internship company to have a Chemist or Chemical Engineer; otherwise, the internship application will not be accepted.

Internship applications will be made through the Pusula Information System by selecting “STAJ 400-Vocational Internship” in the Compulsory Internship section and filling in the company information. After registration, the form must be approved and 4 copies must be printed. Students will have their internship application forms signed and stamped by the institution where they will be doing their internship, and then have them approved by the department's internship committee. The same document, signed by the faculty, will be submitted to the chemistry department's internship committee.

Additionally, the Internship Evaluation Form (2 copies), found under the "Forms and Petitions" section within the "Student" heading on our department's website, must be downloaded, filled out, and submitted to the company along with the faculty-approved internship application form.

Internship application procedures must be completed 15 (fifteen) days before the start date of the internship.

You must write your internship logbooks by hand, downloading them from the relevant forms and petitions section. Images and diagrams can be added using computer assistance.

Students who have completed their internships must submit their internship logbooks and relevant workplace documents to the department's internship coordination office in person within 15 (fifteen) days of the internship's completion.
