The aim of our Department is to train highly qualified individuals in the field of educational management who will contribute to the literature by conducting theoretical and practical studies, produce solution suggestions by examining the problems in the field of education, and lead in the determination, development and implementation of educational policies.

Educational activities are carried out in a democratic and participatory environment, in line with the developments and changes in the field, with a dynamic staff consisting of faculty members who are experts in their fields. There are 2 professors, 3 associate professors, 2 faculty members and 2 research assistants working in our department.
