The aim of our department is to train highly qualified individuals in the field of educational administration who will contribute to the literature by conducting theoretical and practical studies, examine problems in the field of education and produce solutions, and lead in the determination, development and implementation of educational policies.

Educational activities are carried out in a democratic and participatory environment that is responsive to developments and changes in the field, with a dynamic team of expert faculty members. Our department has 2 professors, 3 associate professors, 1 assistant professor and 2 research assistants.
