***Social program fee includes; entrance to historical sites to be visited during the social program, transfer fees, lunch and guide. Social program fee can be paid at the registration desk in CASH ONLY.

Only one paper submission per registration is allowed.

The registration fee for a full delegate covers the following:

• Admission to all sessions and the exhibition
• Conference materials (printed conference handbook with short programme; USB stick with handbook including the complete programme with abstracts; sponsor & exhibitor materials)
• Tea, coffee and lunches throughout the conference

 The registration fee for an accompanying person covers the following:

• Admission to all sessions and the exhibition
• Tea, coffee and lunches throughout the conference

Participants who receive the confirmation mail must pay the registration fee until the early registration or late registration date and send the payment receipt and the necessary information to us by e-mail.

In the e-mail that is sent, it is necessary to write the Submission ID, Title of the Study, Name-Surname, Open Address and T.C. ID (only for Turkish Citizens) . If the companions who will come to congress with participants want to take a advantage of the congress facilities, they should pay the “Accompanying Person Fee”.

It is not necessary to write submission ID for those who want to register without submitting an abstract.
