Workflow for PAU Double Major Program Directive

1. The double major program of the Department of Tourism Management can be done with the Departments of Tourism Guidance, French Language and Literature, English Language and Literature, and Business Administration.

2. Students can apply for a double major program in the third semester of their major undergraduate program at the earliest and the fifth semester at the latest.

3. To apply for a double major program, students must have successfully completed all courses in the first two or four semesters, have a minimum GPA of 3.00 in the major program at the time of application, and be in the top 20% of the relevant class in the major program. It is also a requirement that students have successfully completed all undergraduate courses taken up to the semester they apply.

4. Applications for the double major program are submitted to the relevant Faculty Dean's Office on the dates specified in the academic calendar with the attached (1) double major diploma program application form (2) transcript (3) LYS score document for the year the student was placed in the major program , and (4) success ranking document showing that the student is in the top 20% of the major program .

5. For applications to be considered, students must not be enrolled in another double major program. Students cannot enroll in more than one double major program at a time.

6. If the number of applicants exceeds the quota set by the Senate, priority is given to those with the highest GPA. In the event of a tie, the student's LYS score from the year they were placed in their major program is taken into account.

6. The admission process for a student whose application is deemed suitable by the relevant department is completed by the decision of the Faculty Board of Directors, based on the recommendation of the department. Ultimately, applications are finalized based on the recommendations of the department boards and the decision of the Faculty Board of Directors.
