Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts

 

Departmental Information :

The Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department began its education with the establishment of the Faculty of Tourism. It is a rapidly growing department at the university. It aims to train the personnel needed by the tourism sector.


Goals and Objectives :

The primary goal of the Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department is to develop personnel with the theoretical and practical knowledge needed by the tourism sector in the field of food and beverage management. Graduates of the Food and Beverage Management Department will work in management positions in the rapidly developing global food and beverage sector.
