Pamukkale University Faculty of Technical Education was established on 03.07.1992 with the law numbered 3837.

Theoretical information given in the courses related to the profession is supported by laboratory studies. According to Pamukkale University Associate Degree, Undergraduate, Education-Teaching and Examination Regulations, in order to graduate from the program, one must complete at least 120 and a maximum of 152 credits/hour of vocational courses excluding the common compulsory courses. Students also have to complete their compulsory internships, each of which is at least 60 working days, during the summer months and in two stages. Internships will be held in workplaces that meet certain criteria within the framework of university-industry cooperation.

In undergraduate education, the main aim is to train technical teachers who have the knowledge, skills, and habits to carry out vocational course workshops in industrial vocational high schools. Students who graduate from undergraduate education can also work in various industrial organizations within the framework of the education they receive.

Modular System course programs have been accepted in our departments within the scope of the MTEM project and have been put into practice since the 2004-2005 academic year.

Our faculty's modern computer and electronics laboratories and workshops are of a quality that will enable students to closely follow the latest technological trends and develop relevant applications. Considering these opportunities and trained manpower, our Faculty is a suitable platform for the development and industrialization of National and International R&D projects.

There are Electronics Education and Computer Systems Education Departments in the Electronics and Computer Education Department, and Automotive Education Department in the Machinery Education Department.
